28 April 2016XCMG will launch three new products across its range of mining and construction equipment, including a new all terrain aimed at European users. It will also be showing a rough terrain and a truck crane.
New products on the XCMG stand will include the XCA100 E all-terrain crane as well as a wheel loader and an excavator. XCMG will also showcase its RT55E rough terrain crane and SQZ200K loader crane.
The XCA100 E is a 100t four axle all terrain, designed in accordance with European standards. In order to make the crane suitable for sale around the world, XCMG has adopted a modular design, allowing different engine packages to be installed according to relevant emissions standards.
The crane has a seven-section, 60m, main boom, for a total lift height of 88m, which, XCMG says, delivers 10% better lifting performance than comparable rivals.
The crane is fitted with a heavyload single-cross-arm independent suspension system with a V-shaped arm and a suspension cylinder for positioning, which enables the left and right wheels at both sides of the axle to move independently. This, XCMG says, improves high speed steerability by 15% and off road performance by 20%.
The XCA100 E has a 10.4in full colour touchscreen control system, with an easy to use lift planning system.
The RT55E has been developed by XCMG with an experienced R&D institute in Europe, which is CE-marked for sale in Europe. It is equipped with two-axle loading chassis and has two types of driving model, four types of turning modes, and back-and-forward driving function.
With a five section main boom, it can reach 38.2m, with a jib increasing its reach 17m.
The RT55E travels at 25kph, with a maximum gradeability of 55% and minimum turning radius of 5.7m.
It is equipped with a lifting protection control system in case of overload, over-retracting and overstretching.
XCMG's exclusive safety technology includes rear axle-wheel automatic return-control system and safety-driving automatic protection system.
The SQZ200K is a knuckleboom loader crane, with a 20tm load moment and 8,000kg maximum lifting capacity. Like the XCA100 E and RT55E,
It is CE-marked for sale in Europe.
Its control system can warn of overload, based on outrigger position.
It is fitted with an 11.62m, hexagonal, boom.
